I just got back from Twilight. And I LOVED it! I thought it totally held to the integrity of the book. I thought the casting was way better than I thought it would be. I ended up loving Edward. Sure there were a few parts … but, on the whole, I sat with a goofy smile on my face most of the movie. I’ll be dragging Jud back next.
Here are a couple of really terrible pictures in a dark theater from my camera phone:
- Tiff and I showing off our Twilight shirts. We were the only ones dorky enough to have them, but we wore them proudly. I’m sure everyone was jealous by the end of the night!
- All of my “Twilight” friends … some of whom were seeing the movie for the third time. Crazy.
Oh so much fun. All of these lovely ladies must think I’m a complete freak now, but I don’t really care. Hopefully they will love me anyway.
So there it is … I finally saw it.

yea!!! i’m so glad you liked it!! i loved it too… i do wish it had been about 30 minutes longer… but that’s probably just because i wanted more of edward!
i’d love to see it again too!
what time of day did you go? I don’t see ANY teeny-boppers in that theater!
I know Tammy … it was a pretty empty house. We went at 7:45, so not too late but still a school night. Our high schools here start at 7:00am so the teens I know call it a night pretty early. But I think the main reason is that they all probably already seen it twice. So, the only ones acting like crazy teenagers were Tiff and me.
You are right Brandi. I wouldn’t have minded it being longer … but I thought it got most of the bases covered pretty well.
Cool shirt!
kuddos to the giver Donna! Thanks again!
